CLINIC BOOKING & TREATMENT INFORMATION

1. Nature of Services

All services provided by this clinic are non-urgent cosmetic treatments.
Treatment proceeds only after a final clinical assessment and mutual consent on the day of the appointment.



2. Clinical Decision-Making

For patient safety and professional standards, the clinician may decide that a treatment should not proceed, including on the day of the appointment.

This decision may occur if:
• the treatment is not clinically appropriate
• informed consent cannot be confidently maintained
• proceeding would not be in the best interests of patient safety or care

These decisions are made with care and professionalism and are part of responsible clinical practice.



3. Consent

Consent is ongoing and mutual.
A client’s attendance or expectation of a booking does not obligate the clinician to proceed with treatment.



5. Clinic Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Deposits

To secure an appointment at our clinic, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Deposit Requirement: Bookings will not be held or confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Value: The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Notice Required: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment time.

  • Within 48 Hours: If you reschedule/no show or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited to cover the clinic's lost time.



6. Professional Standards

Our clinic operates in accordance with:
• AHPRA professional standards
• Australian medical indemnity insurer guidance
• Principles of patient safety and informed consent
